Balance must be paid within 30 days of arrival. If reservation is made within the 30 day time period, balance must be paid in full at time of booking. Once within the 30 day time period there is no refund. A security deposit of $250 is required for all stays, and will be fully refunded provided property is left clean, damage free, with no missing items.
